II. The right to rectification: You have the right to request that we correct or  update any personal data we hold about you if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. EASS will take reasonable steps to ensure that any inaccurate personal data is corrected without undue delay.  
III. The right to erasure: You may request that EASS delete or remove your  personal data where the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, you withdraw your consent and there  is no other legal basis for processing, the data has been processed unlawfully, deletion is required to comply with a legal obligation.  
However, this right may be limited where the processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with legal obligations or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.  
IV. Right to Restriction of Processing: certain circumstances, including where  you contest the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful, but you oppose deletion, EASS no longer needs the data, but you require it for legal claims and during the restriction period, EASS may store the data but will not process it without your consent or unless required by law.  
V. Right to data portability: You have the right to request that personal data you have provided to EASS be transferred to another organization or provided to you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, where technically feasible. 
 VI. Right to object processing: You have the right to object to the processing  of your personal data where processing is based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes. Where such objection is raised, EASS will stop processing the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms. 
VII. Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent,  you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you believe your personal data has been  processed unlawfully or in violation of your rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, which is the regulatory authority responsible for enforcing data protection laws in Nigeria.
